Below you will find a series of questions that are frequently asked by customers who have closed a loan with Realty Mortgage Corporation.  If you do not see your question below, please feel free to contact us.

 


  • Question: Where do I mail my payment?

  • Question: What are my payment options?

 

  • Answer: You may pay by check or automated bank draft.


 

  • Question: How do I change my mailing address?

 

  • Answer:
    • You may email your new information to us at questions@realtymortgage.com.  Please include your Loan ID number, your property address and daytime phone number.
    • You may contact our Customer Service Dept. at 1-866-238-5500.


 

  • Question: Where can I get my basic account information? (i.e. principal balance, next payment due date, correct payment amount, etc.)

 

  • Answer: Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-866-238-5500.


 

  • Question: How do I order a payoff quote on my loan?

 

  • Answer:
    • You may email us at questions@realtymortgage.com.
    • Have your closing agent fax a request to us at 601-933-0348 along with your signed authorization.  They must also provide us your loan number and the projected date of payoff.

  • Question: Why did my payment change?

 

  • Answer:
    • If your loan has an Adjustable Rate Note, your interest rate will change periodically based on the current index and frequency dictated by said Note.
    • If your Note is or has an 'Interest Only' or 'Interest First' period, your payment will change accordingly.
    • If you have an escrow account, your payment is subject to change based on the increase/ decrease of your property tax and homeowners insurance.  (Escrow accounts are analyzed annually to adjust deposits based on your property tax rates and homeowner premiums.)


 

  • Question: I received a letter from Realty Mortgage informing me my loan has been sold.  Where do I mail my payment?

 

  • Answer: Read your letter carefully. It will inform you of the last payment due Realty Mortgage Corporation and the next payment due the new investor.  We will also provide you with your new investors name, payment address, and a toll free number where you may contact them for further information.
